Finance Manager
Salary: £60K - £68K
Location: Leeds

Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking to take ownership of a key role within a high-growth business?

We're seeking a qualified Finance Manager to oversee the monthly management accounts, focusing on operating expenses (Opex), and drive continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounts
• Conduct in-depth reviews of accounting results with the Management Accountant and Assistant Management Accountant
• Provide insightful commentary on monthly variance analysis, taking full ownership of the P&L
• Manage, mentor, and support a small finance team (2 direct reports)
• Drive process improvements across end-to-end accounting practices
• Assist with balance sheet reviews, reporting, and internal control processes
• Support the implementation of financial systems and enhancements
• Play a key role in the annual budget process

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with SAGE (preferred but not essential)
• A proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail
• A strong team player with a collaborative approach
