Are you a qualified accountant looking to step into a broad, commercially focused Group role within a growing and ambitious business? This is an exciting opportunity for a CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified professional to join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in delivering accurate financial insight, supporting decision-making, and driving process improvements across the group.
 Working closely with the CFO and Group Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of key elements of the monthly consolidation and reporting process, ensuring financial data is accurate, insightful, and aligned with strategic goals. This role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys variety, visibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on group-wide performance.
The Role
- Prepare timely, accurate monthly management reports and provide meaningful financial analysis
 - Investigate and explain variances against budget, forecast, and prior periods
 - Oversee cost analysis, project reporting, and revenue recognition
 - Take ownership of country ledgers, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
 - Support intercompany billing and group consolidation in line with accounting standards
 - Drive improvements in financial controls, systems, and processes
 - Partner with finance business partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across the group
 - Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting regulations
 
About You
- Fully qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA accountant
 - Proven experience in management accounting and financial reporting
 - High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 - Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
 - Proactive, organised, and comfortable managing competing priorities
 - Advanced Excel and financial systems skills
