The role:

You'll work closely with the Management Accountant to prepare and analyse key financial information that empowers the leadership team to make informed, strategic decisions. It's a brilliant opportunity to build your commercial understanding while strengthening your accounting expertise in a hands-on, fast-paced setting.

What you'll do:

• Complete balance sheet and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare accruals, prepayments, and stock valuations.

• Reconcile monthly stock and produce workshop job reports.

• Post nominal ledger journals and assist with management accounts.

• Analyse spending patterns and provide insight to drive efficiencies.

• Maintain the fixed asset register and assist with VAT returns.

• Produce weekly P&L estimates and cash flow forecasts.

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments on finance-related projects.

What we are looking for:

• Currently studying ACCA, CIMA

• 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

• Background in manufacturing or another stock-related industry.

• Experience using ERP systems (knowledge of KlipBoard or similar is a bonus).

• Strong Excel skills and sharp attention to detail.

• Confident communicator with a proactive, team-oriented approach.
