The Role
As Finance Manager, you'll work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver robust financial reporting and play a key role in supporting the company's ambitious growth plans. You'll take ownership of management accounts, forecasting, and compliance, while also acting as a business partner to sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, financial analysis, and reporting
• Forecasting, annual operating planning (AOP), and financial modelling
• Liaising with auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Management of payroll, tax, VAT, and statutory compliance
• Treasury management, including forex
• Oversight of accounts receivable and payable, banking, and payments
• Supporting new systems and process improvements
• Business partnering across sales and operational teams to provide financial insight

About You:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Post-qualification experience within a SaaS or tech business
• Strong understanding of deferred income and revenue recognition
• Commercially focused, with the ability to provide actionable insight to senior stakeholders
• Energetic, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to add value in a high-growth environment
