Location: Speke (Hybrid - 2 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:


As Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving business performance by providing insightful financial analysis and strategic support to key stakeholders. Your duties will include:


  • Acting as a strategic partner to operational and commercial teams, influencing decision-making through financial insight

  • Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts with variance analysis

  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes

  • Analysing financial performance and providing recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency

  • Leading regular business review meetings with non-financial stakeholders

  • Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives

  • Supporting the development and implementation of financial models and business cases

  • Ensuring robust financial controls and compliance

  • Assisting with ad-hoc analysis and project work as required

About You:


To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:


  • A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

  • Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role

  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial colleagues

  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial systems

  • A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
