What You'll Do

• Lead and elevate the finance function, ensuring world-class accuracy, insight, and reporting.

• Mentor and grow a high-performing finance team.

• Take full ownership of accounting, payroll, tax, and compliance.

• Optimise working capital, ensuring stock, debtors, and creditors are tightly managed.

• Strengthen financial processes, introduce automation, and create scalable systems.

• Drive cashflow management, forecasting, and liquidity planning.

• Deliver impactful board packs, KPIs, and insights that shape strategy.

• Partner closely with operational leaders to improve performance and influence decision-making.

What We're Looking For
