Are you a commercially minded, qualified, finance professional with a passion for driving performance and partnering with operations? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, multi-site environment where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and supporting operational leaders.

The Role:
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll be the go-to finance lead for regional operations. You'll take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, and delivering accurate and insightful financial reporting. Acting as a true partner to senior stakeholders, you'll challenge, influence, and support business decisions to drive efficiency and profitability.

travel to sites across the UK is required in this position, Mainly London and South of England.

Key responsibilities include:

• Producing and presenting accurate monthly P&L and balance sheet reporting

• Leading regional forecasting and budgeting processes

• Identifying opportunities for cost control, efficiency, and cash generation

• Partnering with Operations Directors to monitor and improve KPIs

• Supporting investment decisions through financial evaluation and post-investment appraisals

• Leading and developing a Finance Business Partnering team

What we're looking for:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with strong post-qualification experience

• Solid management accounting and financial control background

• Proven success in partnering with operational leaders, ideally in logistics, retail, or another fast-moving, complex sector

• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is highly desirable

• Excellent analytical ability, commercial acumen, and confidence to challenge stakeholders

• A proactive leader with the ability to drive performance and deliver results under pressure
