Finance Business Partner (Part Qualified)
Haydock
£45,000 - £50,000

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner to join a modern thinking, fast-paced manufacturing business that has its own success story. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with operational and commercial teams, providing financial insight and analysis that directly supports strategic decision-making.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between finance and the wider business - translating numbers into actionable recommendations that help drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operational, commercial, and supply chain teams to provide clear financial insight and challenge decision-making

  • Prepare and present regular management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses to senior stakeholders

  • Support the budget and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic plans

  • Analyse manufacturing performance, cost drivers, and profitability by product line or customer segment

  • Monitor and improve financial control processes across the business

  • Assist with month-end reporting including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within finance reporting and analysis

  • Contribute to business case development for new projects, investments, and operational changes

About You

  • Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with ambition to fully qualify

  • Previous experience in a finance role within a manufacturing or similarly fast-paced environment (business partnering experience advantageous)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial mindset

  • Confident communicator, able to influence and build relationships at all levels

  • Highly proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large data sets

  • Organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

What's On Offer

  • Competitive salary and study support towards professional qualification

  • Generous holiday allowance and pension scheme

  • Bonus scheme linked to personal and business performance

  • Modern workplace with a collaborative and supportive culture

  • Opportunities for career development within a large, successful, and growing organisation

If you're looking for a role where you can combine your financial expertise with real business influence - and you thrive in a modern, innovative manufacturing environment - we'd love to hear from you.
