Liverpool City Centre | £70,000 - £90,000 | Hybrid (3 days in office)
We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Change Manager to join our fast-growing financial services firm in the heart of Liverpool. Following a period of rapid expansion - with more growth ahead - we're looking for an experienced change leader to drive operational excellence and oversee key transformation projects, including a major office move.
The role
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we operate as we scale. You'll be responsible for delivering high-impact change initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions, and embedding improvements that enhance efficiency, productivity, and client service.
Key responsibilities
Lead and deliver change projects across the business, from planning to implementation
Oversee the successful relocation of our Liverpool office
Drive operational process improvements to support growth and scalability
Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure buy-in and smooth adoption of changes
Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, ensuring benefits are realised
Act as a trusted advisor to the COO and leadership team on change management best practice
About you
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong track record of delivering change in complex environments
Financial services or other regulated industry experience (desirable)
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused
Experience of managing office moves or similar large-scale operational transitions is highly advantageous

Competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 (dependent on experience)
