Management Accountant

Are you looking to step into a role where your financial insight can influence real change? We're working with a highly regarded professional services firm who are looking for a part-qualified Management Accountant to join their growing finance team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and maintaining robust balance sheet controls

• Measuring company performance against targets and previous years

• Conducting regular audits across departments to identify improvement areas

• Communicating and interpreting financial data to non-finance stakeholders

• Supporting the annual budget process and contributing to audit and tax submissions

• Participating in key internal initiatives such as data quality and reporting projects

What We're Looking For:

• Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or QBE

• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset

• Confident using accounting and financial reporting tools

• Proficiency in Excel

• Ability to present financial information clearly and effectively to non-finance professionals
