Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Commercial Finance team, driving performance and collaboration
• Own budgeting, forecasting & financial oversight for UK business operations
• Deliver commercial insights & strategic planning to drive growth and profitability
• Partner with internal and external senior stakeholders, including Director level
• Define, track, and report on KPIs to measure success of commercial strategies

What You'll Need

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-growth business
• Fully Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
• Strong background in commercial sector is essential
• Excellent stakeholder management & the ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial teams
