A high‑growth FMCG manufacturer is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who can drive performance, influence decision‑making, and play a key role in shaping future growth.

What You'll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to Commercial, Sales and Operations
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and long‑term planning
• Deliver value‑adding variance analysis and commercial insight
• Build and maintain financial models for investment decisions & scenario planning
• Monitor KPIs and commercial metrics to highlight risks & opportunities
• Drive margin improvement and cost optimisation initiatives

What You'll Bring

• Strong commercial finance experience
• Ability to influence and challenge non‑finance stakeholders
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with high standards
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial systems capability
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA
