An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified accountant to join a high‑performing finance team as a Finance Business Partner. The Role

Reporting into a senior finance lead, you will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders, providing insight, challenge and support to drive financial performance. You will be heavily involved in decision‑making, forecasting and performance analysis, helping shape commercial outcomes across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the lead finance contact for senior operational stakeholders
• Producing and interpreting management accounts, forecasts and budgets
• Delivering clear financial insight, KPI analysis and performance reporting
• Supporting rolling forecasts, long‑range planning and annual budgeting
• Building and maintaining financial models to aid decision‑making
• Reviewing P&L performance, identifying risks and opportunities
• Driving continuous improvement in financial reporting and processes

The Candidate

You will ideally have:

• Full qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience
• Proven ability to business partner and communicate with senior stakeholders
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills (Power BI or similar desirable)
• A proactive, adaptable mindset suited to a changing, fast‑moving environment
• Confidence working to deadlines with multiple priorities
