Key Responsibilities

• Shape and guide long‑term financial strategy alongside the Executive team.
• Enhance commercial decision‑making through improved insight, analytics and performance reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning with discipline and pace.
• Convert operational data into meaningful financial intelligence for leadership discussions.
• Modernise systems, reporting and processes to support efficiency and scale.
• Strengthen governance, financial control and risk management.
• Support expansion into new regions and service lines.
• Build, mentor and develop a capable and future‑ready finance team.

Candidate Profile

• Senior finance leader (FD or equivalent) with experience in a scaling SME or high‑growth environment.
• Demonstrable success leading through growth, transformation and operational change.
• Strong commercial mindset with credible operational understanding.
• Emotionally intelligent communicator, effective at Executive and Board level.
• Professionally qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
• Background in legal or professional services is preferred
